The purpose
Whenever I had to look for any company reviews in order to make an informed decision, somehow I always opened AmbitionBox but could not go through the entire page, so in order to understand and solve this issue, I decided to go for this problem statement as a 10kdesigners capstone project.

The Goal
Redesign the review page of AmbitionBox to retain users on the review page and to provide relevant reviews quickly in order to make an informed decision through the reviews page.

The Findings
From the user survey and 4 user interviews, I learned that students or employees want to have a clear understanding of the company culture, work environment, and opportunities for career progression, but they cannot easily do that because:

They are facing difficulty finding reviews that are relevant to specific roles, locations, or levels of experience.
They are frustrated with generic reviews.
They worry about the authenticity of reviews.
They are overwhelmed by the process of sifting through hundreds of reviews to find useful insights.

Personal reflection
I had to complete this project within 2 weeks. So, I decided to take the necessary steps that are required in order to redesign the reviews page for the company. Given the time, I would have worked more on the overall structure of the reviews page.
With this project, I have improved on my UX and research skills. Also, how to work under the constraints of the company. I enjoyed every step of the project.
